Industrial Chemicals Narlap - 550 NARLAP-550 is concentrated form and is required to be diluted before use. The contents are easily washable and leaves no residue on the material. It is semi-synthetic and non-ionic in nature. When added to water, it gives stable emulsion.

Compatibility
NARLAP - 550 can be used with anionic and nonionic surfactants. It is soluble in most organic solvents.Contacts with strong acids or alkalies should be avoided.
Method of Use
- Take 92 parts of water (having hardness less than 50 ppm)
- NARLAP - 550 8 parts Preparation of ready to use lapping coolent : Start agitating part - a) and slowly add part b) to it over a period of 10-15 minutes. Continuous agitation should be maintained. After addition is over continue agitation for further 10-15 minutes. Now your coolent is ready.

Hazardous Decomposition Product
There is no spontaneous decomposition of the products.
Fire Hazard
It is inflamable. However at the use level i.e. when ready to use coolent is prepared then there is no fire harzard as it becomes aqueons solution. Fire extinguishing is best: Foam Extinguisher is best suited for the purpose.
Handling Precautions
No special precautions are required. Contact with spark or fire must be avoided.
Storage
Store under shade in ventilated area. Flame proof electrical connections are advisable.
